Notification Bug - Continuously Pops Up / Cannot be Deleted

Need some help with a bug I've encountered with notifications. I continuously get a notification that my counter offer was accepted, for an item that has now been sold, and cannot delete it or stop it from popping up, see attached picture below.

When I try deleting it from either the browser or mobile app, it comes right back, and it does nothing when I click on it. Also, disabling notifications in settings only stops legitimate notifications, but this notification keeps popping up on the screen.

Anyone else encounter this bug and/or found a workaround until it's fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem with Offer Accepted message popping up every few seconds on items sold 2 days ago.  Cleared cookies, closed ebay, restarted computer.  No help!!

Same issue for me, tried clearing cookies, using different browsers, etc, no effect.  Very annoying.

Same issue, the specific offer accepted notification keep pooping up every 5 seconds for two days now.

I'm having the same problem with Offer Accepted message popping up every few seconds. it is very annoying. I have tried everything but nothing works so far.

Same issue I got, just called them and they said they are aware of the bug and are working on it since yesterday, hopefully we get it resolved here soon.

Same here. It pops in from the right side of the screen every 10 seconds or so. I've tried clearing my cache, changing browsers, restarting my PC, and even tried two other computers. It won't go away and is extremely annoying.

Have this same issue, I cannot get this notification to go away, and it shows up over and over. Has been happening for a few days now. It happens on several PC's as well. Commenting in hopes of a fix.

Have the same issue! As of 9/8/24. Mobile app is fine. Commenting for algorithm.
