Notification Bug - Continuously Pops Up / Cannot be Deleted

Need some help with a bug I've encountered with notifications. I continuously get a notification that my counter offer was accepted, for an item that has now been sold, and cannot delete it or stop it from popping up, see attached picture below.

eBay Notification - Copy.png

When I try deleting it from either the browser or mobile app, it comes right back, and it does nothing when I click on it. Also, disabling notifications in settings only stops legitimate notifications, but this notification keeps popping up on the screen.

Anyone else encounter this bug and/or found a workaround until it's fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

@mobile_feedback You are a mobile account but please help and try to direct to an ebay staff member that can help with this.

Thank you.

This is crazy. It's been 4 days now and it's still popping up every few seconds. I can't imagine this being a difficult problem for them to solve.

I contacted Ebay about this today and they let me know that many others are experiencing the same issue and that their tech team is working on it. It is so annoying and distracting that I am taking a break from listing for a couple days.. Hope it is fixed by then.

I was told it was On Ebays end (from Ebay) and that they are working on it. There is no way for us to fix it.

Happy that I'm not the only one this is happening to.  It's been going on for me for at least two days!  I even tried archiving the order in question and no luck.  Hopefully eBay fixes their glitch soon!

Same issue, will probably not get fixed unless we all call in to ebay to complain about it. I have called 3 times since last Friday. 1-877-322-9227
