Not receiving notifications via email when item sells

I am no longer receiving an email notification when an item sells.  I checked my preferences and everything is as it should be.  This just started a couple of days ago.

Anybody else having a problem?

Mine stopped just today after payout notification. Came here to see if been reported.  No sale emails since

@trueartworx  Not working for me today.  Checked my preferences again. Still not receiving email notifications for my sales but I am receiving payout notifications.  I have to keep signing into my eBay account to find out what I've sold.  Kind of a pain.... it's easier for me to receive email notifications because they go to both my phone and my laptop.... go figure 😕

While receiving eMail notifications are nice. It is best to frequently check your seller hub for sales, pending offers and messages from buyers.

I haven't received an eMail notification in years and haven't missed a sale yet.

@ebooksdiva  I do check my seller hub but personally prefer email notifications.  I guess that's why there is an option in "preferences" so people can choose what works best for themselves.  Of course, that's when it's working....

Check the settings in your email inbox, and make sure that "All" emails are being displayed.

Yahoo recently changed the settings, and the default is to display "Priority" emails only. This meant that messages from eBay were being hidden for many users. Other email services may have something similar.

@lacemaker3  Thanks for the suggestion.... checked it and I am receiving "all" emails.  I use Mozilla Thunderbird and I rechecked my settings.  I am seeing everything.... regardless of priority and including possible "junk" mail.  I like to see everything and make the decisions as to what AI considers junk or spam.  Rarely receive junk email anymore so it's not a pain to deal with.

They seem to have changed their email and messaging scope without explanation.    What else is new with the techopaths.

getting emails spoadically now, of yesterday's sales and earlier today. it's not our settings, system issue surely.

@trueartworx  I'm still not receiving email notifications of sales at all.... I agree it must be an eBay system issue because I have checked everything on my end.  The only things I'm receiving right now are payout emails and that labels have been created....

I'm still not receiving email notifications when an item sells.   Is this something that is no longer available? If it's no longer an option in preferences.... maybe eBay should remove it from the options list in preferences.
