Not receiving emails for winner notifications

Some time early evening on 12/31/19, eBay stopped sending me any emails notifying me of a winning bid.  I have not received any eMails since 7 PM EST on 12/31/19.

Anybody else experiencing this issue.

Me either. Would not know about sales except for PP notifications of payments.

I am also not getting the emails for sales and of the invoices that I have sent

Add me to the list as well. No notifications from ebay. Only the Paypal payment notices.

me either  only know something sold because paypal notified me of payment . nothing from ebay since december 31 around 6 pm EST  called to put in a ticket for this just now. hope the rest of you do too. rep told me i am the first he heard about it.

NEW YEAR NEW GLITCH! I noticed the same problem this morning. The last email notification I have is 10:40pm on the 31st. I contacted customer service this morning and was told they were aware of it.  Of course they have no idea how long it will take to find the glitch and correct it. I asked if they could at update the system status board and she said no they couldn't do that either. I do not understand what the system status board is for if they will not use it when there is a problem!

I had been getting a "Sale confirmed", and  a "Your ebay item sold" message.

For some odd reason, one of the messages is now going to a different not readily seen  folder, in my email.

Managed Payments on the account, so no PP email 😞

Called again this evening and that was worse than the call this morning. The rep basically blew me off. I was told the system board is for bigger problems. He also said they sometimes intentionally stop sending emails for certain things....not happy at all. A complete waste of time. I have messaged ebay for business on fb as well, they are normally very good with getting results.

Received errors last night trying to leave messages on this forum.

Just wanted to give an update.  As of 9:10 PM EST 1/2/20, I am still not receiving any emails.

I spoke to customer service last night and was told that they knew of the issue.  They hoped things would be working again 24-48 hours.  They made note of my account so that they would make sure that the techs checked out my account.  I suggest that you call if you are still having issues.

I asked whether the missed emails would still be delivered and was told, that it would.

They probably made some updates to their software and never tested it. The way they operate,  I bet they implemented the changes prior to the New Year and nobody was there to fix it. 

Very frustrating dealing with eBay.

Update:

Just got my first email sale notification a minute ago!!! It appears the problem is solved!
