Not possible to reach eBay Policies

I want to sell digital goods and read the policies about this but when I click on the link it always goes to help center page. I can not read anything from policies and rules I need to follow. Even the link from google goes just here: https://ocsnext.ebay.com/ocs/home

It is very strange. Some weeks ago it worked normally.

Click on Policies at the bottom of the page and then read the Prohibited and Restricted Policy. It should be in there.

eBay has updated it's Online Customer Service GUI. There will be some of the old 'pages' that will not load as they did before.

They will eventually get all of the info incorporated into the new flow.

The first thing they need to get rid of is that old A-Z Index from the Site Map.

I don't like the new Help and Policies pages. I can't find anything I'm looking for. Every page I go to that I think has the information is a dead end so I just give it the ole thumbs down and give up.

Type 'Index' into the Search box. You will get an A to Z of eBay policies. <- Courtesy of Ferncliff-39.

I liked the old A-Z.

To find the old A-Z, use the CA or UK sites..

The old style A-Z Index is still on the Canada site.  There's also one on UK.  A lot of things are the same, they're usable on topics already well known.
