Not loading past page 1 on shipping labels.Similar to other issues people have with different pages

I have a claim for a shipping from Feb. and I am not able to address it, as I can not open my shipping labels past the first page. Seems like it is an ongoing problem with different pages just not loading up for people.

eBay used to have a tech. issues general messages, keeping us posted with what has been addressed, fixed, or still being worked on. Can not seem to find anything like this any longer. But thank God  it is full with useless info on everything under the sun that you will never need.

The Seller Hub Shipping Labels page keeps items for 90 days max, there is a filter on the right hand side to reduce that if one wants.  Sadly, some other features were lost when eBay migrated from the Classic pages to Seller Hub ... one I miss is the old Deleted file.  I only had to use it on a few occasions but it was a great tool when needed.

I have to agree with you that there is a lot of information presented but very little that is relevant with regard to many Sellers.  In addition to that Seller Hub forces more steps, pointing, clicking, scrolling, etc to find things.  To give an honest critique I would have to say Seller Hub took using the venue several steps backwards in an era where computers and programming is supposed to make things easier and save time.

I can confirm that only page one shows on shipping labels when set to 90 days or 60 days....... Page 2 shows no additional labels.

As an aside.......the problem with view sellers, the blank page 2,  is still happening on an intermittent basis......this morning, page 2 & 3 showed........now they don't.

Thanks for getting us the help ticket number so I could contact CS to add my account. It's been very inconvenient that a full month's of labels are missing from my labels page, and the last several pages come up blank.

I can see the last month of labels, then the second month is missing, then the third month displays.
