The hits just keep piling up and no one at eBay seems to care.

I still cannot answer questions about a listing within eBay. Going on 6 months or more now. Sick of calling eBay support as they only state they escalate and still nothing.

NOW - The eBay crack IT Staff have removed any way of reprinting a mailing label. NO WAY!

After 21 years of being on eBay I am sick and tired of the lack of support that I receive that I am paying for. Yes, over $100,000 in eBays fees I have paid.

You can reprint from your label management page. I believe it has to be within 24 hours though>

My mom always did this when she sold on Ebay. When she would go to print the label, she would save the pdf file on the computer. If she needed to reprint the label for any reason, she could re-open the pdf file to print it again.

If you can not re-print the current label, the only thing I can think of is to void the label and purchase a new one. Then upload the new tracking number.

Maybe someone else will have some ideas.

I've been selling here as a business for 5 years now. I quit using eBay's labels after the first 6 months, maybe sooner. The font on the labels was tiny. I first used stamps.com, then moved up to shipstation (to be able to charge shipping to receivers UPS account, which many commercial customers want). Yes it costs money.... but if you are actually doing this for profit, then use a business oriented shipping program.
