I need to ask eBay to "Step In" and assist with an issue where I opened a return which Seller authorized. This was on the September 27th and today is October 3rd, so three business days have gone by (Sep 30, Oct 1, and Oct 2. Seller has not sent a shipping label, although Seller has indicated to eBay that a label has been provided. All Seller did was provide an address. The issue is that Seller sold something as "Open Box" which was completely non-functional, obviously missing a critical part. It should have been sold as "For parts or not working". When I message Seller through eBay to send me a label, Seller insists that "Open Box" allows an item to be missing necessary parts.

How did the seller indicate that a label was provided?
