New BULK SHIPPING LABELS - NO SCAN SHEET - HELP!

What the heck is wrong with this great "TECH" company when the "new" bulk shipping format does not allow sellers to print a scan form?

For the love of GOD I spent over half an hour on the phone with an eBay staff member in the shipping department and he could not figure out how to make this work after several times of putting me on hold while he conferred with tech support.

This is Saturday, USPS is closed, mail carrier will not accept more than 2 packages without scan form.

eBay staff told me to take them to post office - won't get scanned until Monday -  I get 10 late shipping defects - and lose my top rated status due to eBay's mess.

No wonder so many sellers are printing their shipping labels elsewhere.

Saturday doesn't count as a business day so you shouldn't get defects for shipping Monday

I'm leaving for a vacation early Sunday morning so those 10 items have to be shipped today.

The old bulk shipping tool works great, never any issue with printing labels and scan forms at the same time.

There are other seller complaints about the lack of ability to print a scan form with the "new and improved" version.

eBay staff told me I cannot go back to the old working version as I (and millions of other sellers) have been opted in this version.  I don't understand why eBay foists a non-functioning shipping tool on sellers without testing it first to get rid of the bugs.  Seriously, no wonder so many sellers are choosing to print shipping labels elsewhere.

i use seller hub. then orders, shipping labels, print up to 50 link, choose orders to ship, on next screen there is  a check box to print scan sheet, then on next page i print scan sheet first then labels. hope this helps.

Won't help, the OP already purchased labels, they would have to cancel all the labels and try again.  You can't print a scan sheet until AFTER you've paid for the labels.

brian@ebay   ANOTHER problem with the new label flow.  It's not ready, why is eBay forcing on hundreds or thousands of users when it's still not ready?   Another black eye for the company.

i know after you print the labels you cannot print a scan sheet, but i wondered if op checked that box for: to print a scan sheet(for future reference)

Hi @b86fiero, the information @lloydsteventaylor provided is correct. The option to print a scan from is found on the Review and Pay page while printing labels. I just checked your account and confirmed that this option is still available for you. Scan forms must be printed during the label purchase and print process.

If I've missed something then please let me know by provided more details. Thanks!
