FROM 3/3/2024 WE HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVING EMAILS NOTIFYING US WHEN WE HAVE SOLD AN ITEM OR HAVE NEWLY LISTED AN ITEM, AND EVEN PURCHASED AN ITEM getting no help from Ebay and have checked all my preferences and emails as suggested IT MAKES IT SO HARD TO KEEP GOIMG INTO SALES TO SEE IF ANYTHING HAS BEEN SOLD HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM ,,,MANY THANKS,,,

Besides all that- do NOT rely on 'emails' 'bells' 'whistles'....
if you're a seller, check ebay (items ready to ship in your Seller Hub numerous (at least twice) a day.

Check your seller hub - don't rely on emails, that's doing it the hard way.

Roger that as others have stated. Does not take any longer to check the exact source, Seller Hub.

Check your incoming spam filters, you may have accidentally blocked it. I did once or twice (my email client has a "delete and block domain" feature and I have accidentally included a promo or something from ebay in a mass delete...
so, consequently, everything from ebay headed to the trash until i unblocked it
Luckily, like everyone has suggested, I always check Seller Hub......

Over the years I had this happen on occasion and got to the point where I never really worried about it and quit reporting it. I just check my seller hub on Sunday after my auctions close to see if anything sold and if I have items that have been paid for and are ready to ship.

And white list the address just in case.
But why anyone would even bother with email when everything is right there in the seller hub eludes me.

Just found out today that I had sold an item. No email from ebay. Had to logon and then I saw it.
