This is the 3rd time I have had to fix my pictures due to ebays wrong doing. Not to mention not being able to edit my drafts or pictures in my draft. A blank screen doesn't help me as a seller. It's exhausting and very disappointing on how we have to keep fixing ebays issues they are implementing on their platform we pay for. We are tired of being charge to use a platform that isn't functioning correctly. This has been going on since last July which makes it over 6 months with issues. Ebay needs to be accountable for their actions as we are the once being harmed. We are so done with wasting time on this platform. The ceo is so far out of touch with his customers , he doesn't realized that this platform is a laughing stock on other forms. If any ebay troll or employee is reading this, go check your own form on facebook or on here. Thread after thread which are your customers ( sellers or buyers) complaining on how poor ebay is being ran. Ebay needs to listen soon before they dig them selves even bigger whole. We have already made arrangements to lift our sale else where like so many are doing. This is not to bash ebay but to acknowledge issues pertaining their business practices. Fees keep going up whether it is shipping or ebay fees. Ebay wants us to provide free shipping , free returns, & 30 days return yet they can't even keep our pictures in our adds.

Certainly understand your angst.........
But to fix it Ebay needs info, they need to be able to replicate a loss......
..........can you give an item # (and leave one up that has lost the pictures), What type of listing it is (gtc, 30 day, auction/fp) and how you are seeing it.........pc versus mobile, with the browser..........

i've been going through this for the last year, roughly 200+ listings with missing pictures and item specifics just gone. So I've had to delete the items, re-shoot the pictures and relist the items. That's expensive and very time consuming. I contacted ebay twice over this matter and asked for credit on my monthly/annual subscription based on their own terms and conditions and what did i get? pffft.
Not only did I get no resolution on the matter but instead they helped themselves to my checking account to cover the monthly fee which I was disputing. How can anyone build a business on a site that engages in such practices? Simply unbelievable. Unbelievable~!!!

Hi @street-motto-cycles, just wanted to add that the issue with not being able to edit or update drafts is a known issue that I've added your account to. As for the missing photos in your listings, you mentioned this is the third time you have had to fix an issue and I wanted to clarify some details on this; when did you upload the photos that have gone missing? When did you notice that only the one photo remains in the listing?
We had an issue last summer where many photos were regrettably lost and while we did work to fix this so it would not happen again, we were unable to retrieve the lost photos for sellers. I want to determine if the photos you are missing may have actually been lost at that time, or if this is more recent. Keep me posted and I appreciate your help in getting this resolved!
