My buyers are not receiving their notices after winning an auction and completed auctions with bids are ending up in my unsold list

Perhaps their notifications are turned off. 
Nothing you can do about that. 
As for your ended auctions with bids going to unsold.. that is news to me. But then, I haven't listed auction style in over a decade.

You can turn off notifications for things you have actually purchased/won?   That doesn't seem right.   

Is the OP asking each of the auction winners that they didn't get a notice or surmising that this is the case?
