Mouse Over Zoom feature not working on new listings

Does anyone know if this was taken away as a free feature for new listings? My old ones still have it but anything I list today the zoom feature or the click for picture enlargement does not work...Ebay?? any answers? by the way its not my camera or pixel size...I see others having same issue..just wanting to know if the feature is no longer available? thanks

I can confirm that the issue is fixed as well.  No need to delete affected listings and recreate them from scratch.  Just revise, delete the photo, and replace.

it works just fine, open your listing remove your pictures then up load new ones! then it will work! ebay fix this issue last night!

Yup, exactly so. Just fixed two of my listings this way.

I just returned to this thread and performed the delete and reload photos. Enlargement and zoom are operating correctly! Success! Thank You to the folks who posted the features are back.
Who wants to checkmark this issue? SOLVED.

I am having the same problem and it is harming my business. None of my pictures were working with zoom since Saturday. This may not be the solution for you but I stopped using Google Chrome and now use Explorer. It has been working better for me but I just discovered that one picture out of 10 does not zoom. I will need to time my auctions and test every picture to see if they magnify. eBay says they are working on it.

The zoom issue was fixed around the 27th.   It was working fine on the 28th and 29th for all my new listings.  As of now it is back but not for all images, seems to be random, about 1/2 of the images get the super size flag and 1/2 don't.   They are ALL 1600 pixels or greater JPEG files and should zoom.  Ain't it wonderful?  Why don't you just use all the eBay sellers as guinea pigs as you refine your image upload process, eh eBay?

I am having this problem, too... and this is a week or so later. eBay, you better get your rear in gear with this feature. I can't sell my stuff without this feature. We have 2 different computers and 3 phones, and we are unable to enlarge the image on any of these browsers, so it's not a browser problem for us. We're calling tomorrow.

A MESSAGE TO THE CEO: EBAY FIX THIS DISASTER!!!!

We the ebay community are sick and tired of excuses, we are potentially losing money because of the zoom glitch but you still cream your 10% of our sales.

The zoom feature as at 24-10-2017 is still not working making it **bleep** near impossible to buy and or list used items and have potential customers be sure of the condition of said item without being able to see it clearly.

FIX THE BLOODY THING AND LEAVE IT ALONE!!!! if you can't get someone who can!

I sell small pieces of gold at times and am losing money because the detail is not sharp enough for them  to see Do you think this is going to be permanent ..........because if it is this SUX. Just saying.

I have complained directly to ebay (that was a couple of weeks ago) and they said they are aware of the problem and trying to fix. Hopefully we may have a resolution one day but i am not holding my breath waiting.

Our  ability to sell & buy items is limited due to not being able to see the detail in pre loved items!

As previously stated, ebay if you can not fix the problem, give up and get someone who can!

Hi there fellow ebayers

   I changed my browser to IE went to my listings and mouseover zoom in worked beautifully. Changed back over to Google Chrome ............nothing. So process of elimination IE rocks ...Google Sux.

    If I get anymore info I will get back to you.
