I saw a post in another thread that someone took down a few photo's and re uploaded to their listing and zoom was back.
I just went in and deleted 2 photo's on a scheduled listing that had no zoom. I reloaded them from the original stored location and they both now have zoom.
I would advise other sellers to delete one pictureon a non zoom listing and reload it to see if this fix is across the board or isolated.
Fingers crossed!

Hello all,
I Had this issue zoom feature / enlarge not working on my new listings starting on 8 26 17, so, I re adjusted my sony cybershot to 1600 plus pixels (largest pictures possible) - no less pixels - I re took the pictures, removed previous pictures from listings, uploaded the large ones, problem solved for me
hope this helps
Regards

@dollybeauty, I'm resigned to waiting until Monday too, but I hope that eBay retains some of the "start-up mentality" that says you don't go home at 5PM on Friday and forget everything until Monday morning.

Mike, the FileExchange issue has existed for at least two years. We would hope that this issue will be resolved in a more timely manner.
For now use the method others here are employing. Create a listing, including images. If the supersize does not work, revise the listing, delete the image and replace the image.
Others here are reporting this to be a working solution.

As I have allready been advised by a community mod to be careful with voicing my frustration,I shall refrain from my true feelings about this whole situation and just stop listing any items and ending the affected ones. either way ebay is costing me money as they continue to drag their feet on this issue and skirt around to owning up to their own mistake. I would advise all sellers do the same.BTW ebay2 weeks and 1 day for me issue still not fixed. So to schalk it all up ,we as sellers are to sit back and loose sales daily, but come invoice time guess what, ebay will still want to be paid in full.

I revised my affected listings by deleting the pictures and re-uploading them - worked on all my listings! Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. Hopefully they fix it soon. Sellers please take a second to congratulate yourselves on all your hard work and the sales you generate despite all the negatives and forced changes. Just don't expect to hear it from the horses mouth.

Well, for what it's worth, I simply deleted the pics on two listings I was having problems with and reloaded the same pics and the enlargement feature worked! I just did this within the last hour.
