Mouse Over Zoom feature not working on new listings

Does anyone know if this was taken away as a free feature for new listings? My old ones still have it but anything I list today the zoom feature or the click for picture enlargement does not work...Ebay?? any answers? by the way its not my camera or pixel size...I see others having same issue..just wanting to know if the feature is no longer available? thanks

Hey guys, I can confirm this is a site error our tech teams are working on right now. I will update the boards once I have more info!

What I did not say is that it may be best to wait to create any new listings, until we hear from Trinton about this issue.

When images are loaded, flags are set, for the image. To say in a different way, the supersize flag is set when the image is loaded. Historically, if this did not occur, the image would have to be deleted and then uploaded again. This would have to happen after whatever glitch that kept the supersize flag from being set, is fixed.

I know of this through usage of FileExchange. As far as I know, FileExchange has this issue to this day. If you modify the images on a listing though FileExchange, you lose supersize.

With the new item listing flow, this may mean that the listing will have to be deleted then recreated , so that the images attached to the listing will have the correct flags set.

just called ebay for the 12th time, l told them even though i am not paying listing fees i am paying for a store,and for inventory i canteven list because of this issue, I sell clothing, andmax out my photos to give buyers every possible angle of a garmet,after all they arent shopping in a brick and motar store where they can touch and feel the item.Ithink this issue is really goona hurt clothing sellers if it continues to drag out and ebay continues to give excuses instead of a fix.Anyways I told the rep i wanted a pro rated invoice for my store from the time this started (2 weeks ago for me) the rep agreed.Do i think he will follow through hell no but at least I got him paniced , had to be thinking others are gonna start asking for same. i also noticed he was in a hurry to get off phone??

Three seconds after he hung up, you were completely erased from his memory. This problem with losing the zoom feature started the very day they dumped me into Seller Hub. No problems for 15 years prior to this. No coincidence.

Thanks for contacting the tech, maybe this will get fix, as i have wasted 6 hours on this!!!
