This has been going on for at least a week and is not resolved. I went through about 30 of my listings and 10 of them don't have photos. I have close to 600 listings to go through. Is this going to be fixed or not?

Here's what I know.

1. Thumbnail shows up in search listings.

2. No photos in the listing at all.

3. The place where the photos are supposed to be says: "The seller has not uploaded any pictures."

4. If you revise your item, then only the primary photo comes back and the other photos are lost.

5. Ebay has not addressed this matter on their status board as a problem.

6. So far, I haven't seen a time line of when or even IF it will be fixed.

7. Ebay knows: When I called eBay, they said they added me in as one of the people affected.

8. There are no work arounds unless you are okay with having just your 1 primary photo.

9. It seems that it won't continue to happen, BUT listings already affected are not able to be fixed.

10. No compensation from eBay for the many hours it will be to retake photos and search listings.

Give us something here eBay! This is a disaster for many of your Sellers. We need some compensation. A month with no fees, or a free month for our store fees..... Something. And change that wording: "The seller has not uploaded any pictures." It should say, eBay is having technical difficulties. Your current phrase makes us look bad. We lose customers because of that. It's not our fault this happened and eBay should take the blame for this, not us.

I have contacted an ebay rep, they said listings that are set to auto relist on saturday june 23rd 2018 were the listings effected. They lost the pictures or what I understand they lost info telling what listing the pictures were supposed to go to.
The ebay rep assuered me that it wouldn't happen again, and is going to credit our selling account this month for the store fee's.

Yet another completely different answer from eBay. There is no consistent message or information on this complete disaster.

Even if they do compensate one month's store fees, it IN NO WAY COVERS the amount of time it will take to completely re-shoot and re-list over 300 items. Meanwhile I have well over $13,000 of merchandise unable to be sold because there are no photos AND on top of that eBay is telling MY CUSTOMERS that I didn't load photos for my listings, taking NONE of the responsibility. They absolutely DO NOT CARE ABOUT SELLERS.

Same promblem, 25 out of 250 in eBay store are only showing one image. Reported and got same comment, “have not heard of this”. I’l. Bet most sellers do not know. I should have 6-12 images on each auction.

Would take hours to gather correct images and re-upload.

Loss for sellers and eBay.

Me too. Wonder how long it's been happening. My sales dropped a while back and I couldn't figure out why.

I am having the same missing picture issue. I have 1370 listings I have to check!! What a disaster, and it makes me look bad as a seller. Lost customers, lost revenue. This is very frustrating. This will take hours and hours to fix!!!

Worst part is I already lost 4 hours calling these guys, they tell me I am the ONLY ONE. Hmmm.... I asked them since to replace 100 listings photos will take me 200 hours, are they sending me a PAYCHECK?? That didn't go over well. I have no intention of locating and re-photographing over 100 items. I don't even know how many there are.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THIS EBAY???????

Since you already lied to us and told us it's only our seller account.

Same is happening to me. Now I just went in and a few have someone elses photo that doesn't even match my item! Most now have one photo, many have no photos! I have 2000 listings and no time to go pull each item and re-do pictures. eBay, are you listening? Can you put out a message in Announcements?

If eBay bought each of my items that they caused to lose the photos, then all would be well. I'd send them the items and they can take photos of them and relist them. I'll be calling them again today, but it looks like this is not ending well for any of us. We either take the loss and realize that those items will probably never sell because they don't have photos OR we lose by wasting our valuable time by retaking and reposting.... not to mention going through each individual listing to find which ones are missing the photos. Much money and many hours lost because of this with no apology, fix, or compensation. As everybody has been saying, a huge disaster.

What I hate is that we have to be perfect all the time or we lose discounts, status, etc. and can even get booted off eBay. Ebay screws up and they have no repercussions. Nobody governs eBay. We get treated poorly. We pay the fees to list, sell, have stores, etc. but then when this stuff happens, we never get refunds for store money and listing fees; not to mention the time we wasted trying to follow their listing guidelines to stay in their good graces. We really need to be compensated for all this lost time and sales; and for the extra time to find affected listings, find items, retake photos, and then repost them (again). Until the next disaster.

My sentiments exactly. The bottom line is tha eBay hates sellers. This is based on endless issue with them that they NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for, ever. Plus, every "improvement" they make hurts sellers and makes it harder to be considered a "good seller." Even worse when they create problems that cause us to look like poor sellers and make ZERO EFFORT to let customers know that we are not the cause, but yet we will still be held responsible by eBay.

Well I talked to eBay again today. No fix in sight. She says that they have approximately 20 days to fix the problem once the ticket is open. I already opened a ticket 3 days ago so I guess they have approximately 17 more days to tell me that they are *still* working to resolve the problem....

Yes I am having this issue! So far like 10% of my listing are showing only 1 photo. This is not okay, all my items are boxed up and ready. The hours this will take... ugh. Please put me on the list effected eBay!!
