I am a cross-border seller based in China, and I would like to report an issue regarding the language options on the eBay US platform. As of January 1, 2025, the official Chinese language support has suddenly disappeared from the website. This issue has occurred before but was typically resolved within a day. However, it has now been three days, and the problem persists.
The absence of Chinese language support is causing significant difficulties, especially when accessing and navigating the Seller Hub and store operation data. Many of the important metrics and insights are not easily accessible or understandable without the option of Chinese.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed as soon as possible, as it is impacting the ability of many Chinese sellers to manage their stores efficiently.
