I have not received any payouts since Sunday. Customer support tells me it is a system problem. I am top rated seller and selling daily but funds not transferring to my bank.

I had the same problem. I went about 5 days , no payouts…finally had one, and then had one with morning. That is totally unacceptable.

Same issue-they took the money out of my account, but no usual email or app notification, stating the payout has processed. Funds usually show up by lunch, but not today…..Happy New Year to us!! 😕

**Update to my previous post**. I just received an email from eBay saying my payout payment was returned, check your account, blah, blah, blah….I contacted my bank (big one, currently using Gronk as a spokesperson…..don’t ask me why) and they have no record of a deposit attempt or rejection, my account is fine (same account I have used since managed payments was forced upon us), AND my payout that was processed yesterday, did deposit today. I then chatted with eBay and they stated there is a known issue with payouts, unknown resolution timeframe. So, now we wait….and while we do, I am going to assume eBay won’t take any erroneous USPS weight/size correction fees, shipping label fees, etc from said accounts, correct? 🤣🤣🤣

**The deposit went through this morning, so whatever was happening, appears to have been fixed on their end**

Is your debit credit card up to date?...not expired?...need to update the new card...card connected to the routing number of payouts. Just a thought.

Same this is happening with my acct with ebay. I have not gotten a payout since 12/27 but they have taken their fees and store subscription fees. This is terrible. Thank god this isn’t my only source of income. I was thinking about only selling here but I may have to have a back up for this type of deal 😩🙄😡🙄
