Hello eBay, it has now been 7 months since eBay replace 5000 of my pictures with this symbol, it has been assigned an official eBay bug #, I am constantly being told it will be resolved. 7 months no progress. I have a high rate of returns now due to missing images, Casini is no longer giving me the same exposure due to this eBay bug. 7-12 sales a day now down to 5-10 per week. Over ten promised callbacks from leadership that never called me back. More than 20 emails to eBay support with no response or resolution. Is there anything you can do to help? Thanks, John Norman
