Message "Action needed: Send an invoice to your buyer"

I'm only getting these messages via email now - they are not coming into messaging as they always have.

I have to ask the obvious question to start:

Are you viewing the Inbox or From eBay folders?

Invoice requests don't appear in the From Members folder.

I always got a notification through messaging.   Now I don't .

I also see they removed the running total of outstanding auctions. "with reserve met" would include a dollar value.

The messages icon will have a number after it if I have new messages.   There is no new number now.  In my email, I have a combined invoice request.  There is nothing in the message inboxes.

The last day I got one of these requests in my Messaging was March 7.   I have a combind invoice request in email now but nothing in Messaging.   

If Ebay has removed the functionality they need to let us know.  Or, maybe Ebay is experimenting on us again.
