Manage active listings page - anyone else having problems?

It only displays my first page... no matter what page number I click on, it brings up page #1.  I can't do any searches of my listings, and I cannot send offers from that page.

I already cleared my cache/cookies and that did not help.

I noticed this last night and was hoping it would be cleared this morning.

Did you shut down your device after clearing the cache and cookies?

Have you tried a different browser?

At least some users seem to be having good results holding down the shift key and refreshing the page (a hard refresh), which would seem to indicate a cache issue, possibly due to a change on eBay's end conflicting with local cached data for those users.

If it is a cache issue, clearing the cache ("for all time" if that option is available) should solve the immediate problem. Otherwise, manually erasing just the eBay cookies and restarting the browser or device may help.

Using an alternative link may also help as a temporary workaround.

You're not the only one. Can't send offers and have had only 2 sales today which is very atypical. Earlier this was happening and a couple refreshes later was able to send offers, now refreshes do not help.

I'm getting this too starting today on the 7th. I have an Apple with Safari browser and I do a restart and that seems to help but it goes back to the first listing page only after several attempts. Looks like something technical on the eBay side.

I also can only see the first page of my listings.  I can't search my listings in my store.

This problem started this morning with not being able to delete my listings, send offers, or search my store listings.

I have been having problems since yesterday morning. When I go to edit a listing, I am able to edit one or two fields and that's it.  It won't let me into the others and also won't allow a relist after those two fields. I was also hoping it was cleared up this morning, but no joy. Have tried emptying cache, restarting, using another browser, coming into the seller hub from a different location...nothing. So frustrating!

When I load my Manage Active Listings page, after loading up it immediately starts scrolling down by itself and won't let me click on anything. The page has a gray filter over it too. I am using a MacBook and Safari and I have tried all of the tricks to fix this. It is also the only webpage that this occurs on.

Sounds like Safari is having a problem loading a pop-up message of some kind. Try using a different browser such as Firefox to see if the page loads completely or if there is a way you can dismiss that pop-up. If you do find a way to dismiss that pop-up, you may be able to get the page to load correctly in Safari once more.

Or try using an alternative page to manage your listings.
