Cannot end items in my store

In bulk edit, selected the first 50 items to end. The button to end listings won't light up or work.

Cannot end items in my store

It works fine for me. I use the Seller hub in Firefox on my PC and Safari on iPad. 

What browser or device are you using? Are you in the seller hub or the all selling page? 
Try clearing your browsers cache, history and cookies. 
I don’t have an end listings button, I have an “Actions” button end listing is the first action in the drop down menu.

At least some users seem to be having good results holding down the shift key and refreshing the active listings page (a hard refresh), which would seem to indicate a cache issue, possibly due to a change on eBay's end conflicting with local cached data for those users.

 

If it is a cache issue, clearing the cache ("for all time" if that option is available) should solve the immediate problem. Otherwise, manually erasing just the eBay cookies and restarting the browser or device may help.

 

Using an alternative link may also serve as a temporary workaround.

Hi Devon, no, I called and spoke with tech support and they (and IT) resolved the issue. Thanks for checking!

I called eBay and spoke to someone who told me the same thing: to clear my cookies, which I did. That didn't solve the problem and she referred the issue to their IT(?) department. Soon after, the issue was solved. I believe it was just a glitch on my page.  Thanks for your response!
