I am not able to access my item list. It just turns gray without active links.

I am  a long term seller (20 years +) and I have never experienced this before. When I try to look at my active listings, the screen turns gray and the links are not active. I can't modify a listing. Is this a temporary problem or there something that I should do to correct this issue?

At least some users seem to be having good results holding down the shift key and refreshing the page (a hard refresh), which would seem to indicate a cache issue, possibly due to a change on eBay's end conflicting with local cached data for those users.

If it is a cache issue, clearing the cache ("for all time" if that option is available) should solve the immediate problem. Otherwise, manually erasing just the eBay cookies and restarting the browser or device may help.

Using an alternative link may also help as a temporary workaround.
