On my main eBay account I haven't been receiving any SMS login security verification codes since 6 March. eBay’s webpage says the codes have been sent, but they aren't received. I reported it to eBay on 7 March but it's still not working.
Other websites' codes are received fine. I'm in the Netherlands using a UK phone number, so don't know if the fault is related to that particular combination, but everything was working fine up to the evening of 6 March.
Multiple eBay sites seem to have the same issue - I’m not receiving codes from ebay.co.uk or ebay.com.
I’ve tried using different browsers but no difference.
I hope eBay fix this urgently because it's a big inconvenience & nuisance. It hasn’t been working for 5 days now and I can’t log in to bid, buy or list items. eBay customer service said they’ve had this problem since the start of last week – why isn’t it fixed yet?
