MY PURCHASES SECTION DISAPPEARED IN MY SUMMARY FOR THE YEARS 2020 TO THE PRESENT

I've been a member for over a decade.  My purchases always appeared within my summary.  Today, all my purchases from 2020 to 2024 disappeared. No matter what I did to the menu above the Purchases section within the Summary, the years 2020 to 2024, just did not appear.  Suddenly, the Purchase section disappeared completely from the Summary. Now, my summary only has the things I have on my watchlist. Is anyone else experiencing this? Has there been a change to the Summary format? Thank you.

Can you view your purchases in your Purchase History?

Can you view your purchases in your Summary if you use a different browser?

If you can, try clearing your browser cache and view your Summary again. If that does not help, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies.

eBay has changed the page format and it is possible something in your cache or cookies is preventing the page from displaying correctly.

If none of that helps, try temporarily disabling add-ons to see if that makes any difference.

Hi! First, thank you for getting back to me. I went down the list and unfortunately, none of the steps I took helped. Here are your recommendations, and my response, to be more detailed in my response.

Me: No, it's completely gone. 

You: Can you view your purchases in your Summary if you use a different browser?

Me: I used another browser, and was also not able to view my purchases. 

You: If you can, try clearing your browser cache and view your Summary again. If that does not help, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies.

Me: I cleared my browser cache, and  manually deleted my eBay cookie, and that did not help. I also did a global delete of all cookies (as a just-in-case), and that did not help.

Me: This may very well be it. I am wondering how many other people are experiencing the same --- assuming others are experiencing the same.

Me: I also tried this, and it did not help.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make all your recent purchases.

Hi. Thank you very much for getting back to me, and sending me the link. When I clicked on the link, I was able to see the purchases from 2019.  I went up and down  the years listed on the  "See Orders" menu on the upper right-hand side of the "Orders" section, and what I found was as follows: Only the orders for 2017 to 2019 are on view. However, the purchases from 2020 to 2024 are missing. With that said, I will add that when I click on the total number of purchases I've made over the years (the 994), I am able to see my recent purchases that still require feedback under "Your Purchases Awaiting Feedback". Once I leave feedback, the purchase disappears from that list, but I can see my feedback on the usual "Left For Others" section. Again, thank you very much for your help.
