Listing Pages Running Slowly - Stuck in "Saving..."

Over the past few weeks, my workflow has been ruined by eBay's listing page running extremely slowly. Has this been happening for anyone else?

In my opinion, the auto-fill of item specifics and auto-saving of drafts have to go. They really slow down filling out the listing forums. When I go to submit my listing for publication, I sometimes have to wait 5 minutes for the listing to stop "Saving..."

Please fix this. Just give us the option to turn off any AI-operated auto-saving/auto-filling functions. I can type specifics in by myself in a fraction of the time. I could bang out listings in under a minute a few months ago. Now, due to the listing page constantly buffering, it can take up to 8 minutes for me to list one item.

Yes, my internet connect is fine.

Yes, my task manager is showing my computer is running fine.

Yes, my browser isn't cluttered.

i am having the same issue - just started running slow and items will not show - keeps saying try again later??

I'm not getting the try again later message. I'm going to take a screenshot of the screen I keep getting. It's just so slow... like it's buffering.

Actually, I just saw that too. Now all my items are behind a "Try Again Later" message.

I have the exact same issue. It also is very slow updating shipping tabs anytime I change quantity's.

Funny thing is it only happens when listing trading cards. I see you sell MTG, my Poke listing has slowed to a crawl due to the issue. But I am not having the issue with ANY other category. 

It may just be a card issue, hope they fix it!

Thanks for letting me know. That seems very weird that it is really on affecting trading cards. Maybe it's because they're lumping all TCGs into one category? Not sure.

I am having the same issue as well, extremely "laggy" and slow maneuvering on the "make a listing pages". Really slowing down my ability to keep listing items... frustrating.

Any news or details you have come accross?

UPDATE: I think the issue may be an issue with google chrome if you're using that for your browser.

I tried the process through Safari & everything was working normally and quickly.

Give it a try...

I am having the same issue.  The page constantly gets stuck in the Saving Draft mode and then if I refresh my page, I lose half of my work.  I don't know how long I need to wait until the saving mode times out so that I don't keep losing my work.  I really like doing multiple things at once, like working on a listing, watching a Youtube video, and writing emails.  It seems like in order for my eBay drafts to save quickly, I can't be changing tabs all the time in Google Chrome.  It wasn't always like this.  These problems started happening some time in 2020 or 2021.

Exactly what I see when saving mine. Extremely aggravating because it doesn't save the work I've just added once I close the tab to get out of it. I sell stuffed animals, toys, clothes, books. Have never listed a trading card in my life.

This thread is from March and likely involved a temporary issue at that time.

Try another browser to rule out browser issues; if you are able to list without problems in another browser, try clearing your cache and eBay cookies in your original browser.
