Listing Page is missing "Print Shipping Label", "Order Details" along with the rest of the links

All of our listing pages are now missing the helpful links such as, "Print Shipping Label", "Order Details", etc.  We have checked on other computers and browsers in our office and they are all showing the same thing.  Hopefully this can be resolved, as it just adds another step to get around the issue just to print our shipping labels...

I'm including a screen shot to show what we now see.

Mine look same as always using Firefox 3.6.24 or Firefox 31 or Firefox 52

Last sold I had was on 1/31, but I don't think that should matter - I believe the pages are dynamically constructed, and all sold item listing pages, new or old should look the same.

A similar thing has happened to my eBay seller hub. All of the lists -- All Orders, Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Shipment, Paid and Shipped, have all disappeared and have been missing for almost a week. I've tried multiple browsers, cleared the cache, all that, and the system is still disabled.

I called eBay and the CSR said, "yes, I have heard about that. It's going to work sometimes and other times it's not. Keep checking." I came away thinking it will stay broken because that's just the way it is.

I think this is a horrible answer. They spent all kinds of energy encouraging people to try Seller Hub and now they act like it's no big deal when it is broken. I thought Seller Hub was a great improvement. Now, you have to switch to the old interface to ship. It slows things down and is a barrier to getting things done here.

SAME HERE, I called EBay and told them the issue and they said I am the only one who called about this issue and they will send it to IT. All of the links that should be at the top right of the screen went away for me on Wednesday February 6th around 6:00PM Eastern Time and they are still missing, hopefully ebay fixes this

Same issue.

I have a huge problem with eBay since yesterday.

eBay is not showing regular information on sold item page when item is sold through auction.

When I open sold item it is not showing anything other than:

You sold this item | Relist

• Sell a similar item

All other options are not presented. It is a big problem for me, that I can not contact buyer or view order details or mark item as shipped directly from the item page.

For some reason items sold from fixed price format function normally.

All necessary information presented:

You sent the buyer payment information on Jan 27, 2019 specifying the total payment amount. | Print shipping label

• Close case
• Add tracking number
• Mark as payment received
• Mark as shipped
• Leave feedback
• View order details
• View purchased item
• Contact buyer
• Sell a similar item
• Relist

What is the problem and how and when it can be solved?

Same here. I can't track my shipments. I see the same thing as all of you. Pretty much nothing other than sell similar.

I have the same loss of options from the item page.

A work around ...
If you go to your Sold Items List page that looks something like this...

        https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold?ssPageName=STRK:ME:LNLK:MESOX

the individual item drop down box has the missing links ( see jpg).

That said ...
this kind of reduction in  efficiency is not an improvement
and ebay should revert to the old layout.

It is not a work around. If you have multiple items in order from one buyer - you are not able to contact buyer about one particular item from this order.

This problem is persisting and wasting a huge amount of time for sellers.  Does eBay check this forum?

We cannot send invoices, contact our buyers, see order details, or anything from our listing pages any longer.  This needs to be address immediately, as other threads are being posted besides this one.  This is a sitewide problem for sellers.
