Late shipment defects for items that were scanned in time and told they may not be removed??

So Im looking at my dash and I see that all of the sudden I have 97% on

Tracking uploaded on time and validated.

Well I look into it and figure maybe the carrier didnt scan the scan sheets?

I click on every item and it shows my tracking number and deleivered but no other info at all on my ebay order details. I input the tracking in usps.com and voila, shows pickups scans with the 24hour handling time. They all show several scans the proper day.

So it becomes apparent the problem is on ebays end. Ok, no problem, i know theyre having issues with international shipping labels so its probably related to that.  I will just call. I'm otally polite, good mood and OMG they really must be getting reamed out about the international shipping not working becasue it was horrible from the start.

I had a few problems to ask about. I 100% thought they would just look and remove the defects, they clearly show they were picked up in time.  These packages were all Jan 2-4 and ones sold on the 3rd were validated on the 4th and so on. Every single one should not be an error/defect. Ebay has removed late defects before no issue when its clear its an error.  This time however, the person on the phone, who I remember being nice in the past just starting going on about a bunch of stuff I couldnt follow. I tried interupting, politely top say Im not following. Basically I wanted to just know if they would take them off.  I caught a part about wait until the 5/6 to see if they are automatically removed but it wasnt clear becasue she was also speaking about "they give us 5% in case of error. Like they would not be removing these maybe and they had no power to do so. Well, theyve done it before and Im not asking them to trust me, USPS tracking shows pickup carrier scans, just nothing on ebays order details page.

Of course this will rub me the wrong way. Telling me that all of these years of being top rated (since the beginning) may be brought down by a bug in the system. Im pretty sure the 5 % is in case I break a bone and miss 20 packages that I can still keep my discount because i have that leeway.

So here I sit with 97% on tracking uploaded and validated but, every singe one is uploaded and validated within the time. I dont care of they take it off today or tomorrow but telling me that it may stick becasue the system says so is nonsense. If i had no other proof that it was validated, then ok, its just my word but itis not.

This is on target to be my biggest month in 10 years and Ive sold millions on ebay. Im not asking for special treatment. I really figured they would say, "yes it will be gone if we can see it was validated". Maybe even tell me they are busy with crazy monday calls to check back but it was the rudest call I recall having. I had other issues becasue I keep them in a list when I have to call so I can call in less frequently and take care of everything but didnt even get there.  Totally in a bad mood after that.

Im pretty sure CS should not be treating customers this way and interuptiing them, not allowing them to talk and just reading or spouting off for a full minute when Im trying to say I lost you almsot immeidately.

I received no answers, still have multiple issues I need addressed, Afraid to call back today, afraid that they can mess with my account. I keep names of reps and whether they were helpful and horrible and I obviously need to get toa helpful one becasue the results of this are obvious. I was hung up on the first time after 15 min on hold. ok it happens, I was doing other stuff fine, not going to hold it against anyone, then this mess.

Just want to be treated fairly when there is clear proof of my claim. I'm keeping pages saved, screenshots of all the transactions in question.

I havent called in a while and the sellers who are spending endless hours keeping up with the top rated parameters need not be abused when questioning an obvious system error. Instead I sit here looking at my not validated history and my new standing at 97%. I should be at 100% and feeling like I can have that 5% for atime when I really need due to some crazy mishap.  There is already so much anxiety releated to standing and alot of work to keep it. This just ruined our morning. And I have to call back at some point for this and 2 other things that didnt get remedied. And have to figure out what to do with the international shipping not working, meaning we have to pay more on usps.com. I was give a "one ime courtesy credit of $3 each item" I was happy for that but what about the other upcoming days. What do we do.  We have 5000 items that are all shipped at different prices. It took months to just manually dial in the shipping cost for all 500 items. I literally just finished a few weeks ago. Ok shipping change I can handle that but, in the interim Its insane to think we should edit 5000 items today or lose money on every package until the new proices come out, then maybe edit again?

Im including a screenshot of one transaction, it doesnt have any personal info just shows the tracking number and the "see full tracking history" box greyed out. That particular item was sold Jan 3 and that tarcking number shows validated by carrier/Po on the 4th. one of the ones I have a not validated for.

Anyone else have stuff showing as not validated when the carrier site shows it was?

I tried editing the last sentence to clarify that if you input that number into usps tracking it will show full on tracking/validation but with seconds was told my edit time has expired? Dont really get that, we cant take second to edit? Are we going to do something bad?

I shipped a package via USPS at the drop box on January 15th, and the date shown on the return shows 10:50PM on January 16th.  How is that even possible?  It seems that Ebay and USPS has rather large issues that we can not understand.  Why was it not postmarked on Jan 15th?  Or even morning of January 16th as they were closed on the 15th.  We now need to add 2 days before it is postmarked?  This is a bit crazy if you ask me.

From what I've read on the Boards, they won't correct this kind of error until and unless you lose TRS for it.  Then they will review and adjust.  Most of us complained about this.....but that seems to be policy, which of course not every CRS follows.

Theyve removed stuff like this before and they push us to keep these awesome numbers so we do but, then psychologically were supposed to see that were below perfect everyday. Not to mention tracking goes away after a few months.  Right now we have the tracking proof by clicking on the number.

Im taking 9 packages, all validated on time. Halfway to losing my discount and not one is correct.

This problem rears it's ugly head every few months or so, and I am sick and tired of fighting with eBay Reps. about their system issues.  All they do is try to find a way to say it's your fault or that the post office didn't scan the package when the tracking clearly shows otherwise.  Just happened to me again, and now I have to waste time on the phone trying to get the Rep. to see that it is eBay's problem and they need to fix this problem once and for all.

For decades now, dropoffs in USPS blue boxes are sometimes not picked up for 24 hours on weekdays. Most have "last pick up times" listed on box., sometimes it is the ONLY pickup for that box for the day. If you drop on a Friday beyond posted "last pickup time" such as 5pm and no times are listed for Saturday, it will be Monday before it is even picked up, with several additional hours intervening between pickup and first scan. Post office windows are the only way to go unless handing direct to carrier. Conceivably nearly 72 hours can elapse between drop and pickup from a "blue box" just a fact of life.
