Is anyone having issues with printing anything from the "Print Shipping Labels" page? Packing slips, postage labels, anything that needs to do a print preview... Simply throws up the preview box with no content! Just sits there! What gives?

Hi @muncie-rx
Back in July there were issues printing labels. If you have cleared cookies, cache, browsing history, shut down and restarted and/or used a different browser with the same results then read the thread below. It's a work around that may work ... it did for me (it's my thread).
Re: Label Printing Failure work around ... - The eBay Community
You may try paying for and printing a new label as described and if it works go and VOID the label you could not print. You can do that on your Shipping labels page, link below. Use the pull-down menu and select VOID ... you will receive a credit in 14 days or less.
Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)

Label printing still has the problem not to be able to print to a Thermal printer. It is on the open ticket list, waiting to be fixed.

What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?
Is your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe?

I was charged (x2) for an AusPost label that printed my address as a deleted and definitely not current address from 15 years ago. Deleting all my old addresses in the system didn't change the effect.
Wrong address

I printed labels last night with no issue. Maybe the issue is resolved?

Did you send the labels to your label printer? I still can't get it to work for me.

Would you show us have the cost shows up twice on your account. Of course black out any info we should not see.

On checking, there are no charges are visible on the account. Which is good, if that's correct. I had thought from the generation of an AusPost tracking number that a payment had been applied (you normally only get those after payment when you use their other services). So the main problem, then, is that it generates with old and actually deleted address, and so can't be used.

I print both sizes of shipping labels (2x7 & 4x6) as well as packing slips to two different thermal printers without any problems.
For thermal printers ebay is more picky about opening the files with Adobe then it is when using a laser/inkjet printer.
Need more details of the type of label you are printing and what OS, browser, and printer model you are using.

The transactions in your MP account should be accurate. They can't subtract something from the account without having some kind of transaction happen.
This is the US Community. Is there an Australian Community? If so, you may be able to get more detailed information if you posted your concerns there.

It is always possible that it affects some sellers and not others. I'm not the only seller it affects otherwise they would not open a ticket for a technical issue for it. And it only started after they made some changes to the label program early last month.
I am using the most current Windows Program. Chrome is my preferred browser. I have a Zebra 450 thermal printer.

Chrome is notorious for switching back to it built in reader, which in the past has caused strange problems with thermal printers. You need to check to see if Adobe is still being used.
One good test is to just download and save the label, then open it outside of Chrome with Adobe. If this works, then Chrome is not correctly opening the label file.

I've used Chrome for many years. For me it has been very stable and never caused this problem before. There is an open repair ticket with Ebay for this problem ALERT13987.
