For sellers experiencing these problems, I encourage you to contact Ebay and have your name added to the list for repair ticket ALERT13987.
The more names on the list higher priority for being fixed will be. So I really encourage all of you to take a moment at do this. Please.

I assume you have the latest Chrome update, so I will try to create the problem here with that.
Just to be clear, the problem is the preview opens, but there is no label shown in the window. Is that correct?
I also assume if you download and save the label the file is ok and not corrupted. Is that correct?

Ebay has shared no details as to the repair ticket details or the details of what others are reporting. To my knowledge, they don't normally do that, but I've not experienced this problem before.

No that is not correct. The label will appear in the screen. You can have the printer setting set to go to the thermal printer and the correct size, but what appears in the window will not fit on the label. To print it only wastes labels.
It will print fine on my laser printer on paper or a label for the printer.

Next time I try to print a label I will give you a screen shot, but know I'm not doing my shipping through Ebay right now as I don't have very many of the large labels in stock, I haven't used them in years.
OK here are some pics. The first one is from today, the others are likely from around the time I reported the issue to Ebay.
I really appreciate all your help on this, really I do. I can't tell you how many times I have reset the format and it doesn't help at all. And yes, to me this appears to be an Ebay problem not a Me problem.
I would certainly prefer it was a Me problem as it takes Ebay so long to fix things.

In an effort to helping others so you don't make assumptions like I did, here are the screen shots to fix it.
It makes me very curious about what is about to be released in the Fall Seller Update. We have recently seen all kinds of issues here and there. That is typically a sign of some changes coming very soon when there are so many of them.
Historically speaking the Update should have been released today, but I think they are holding it off for Ebay Open.
