Its not you,its us. Everytime i try to print shipping

I just want to print the shipping labels I've paid for but every single time I try to reprint or view or even just download as a pdf bc my printer's broken and I have to print elsewhere it tells me it's not you, its us. Get on with your bad selves and fix this already before I chunk my phone into the street 🤯

Hi, since the scheduled update over a month ago I get the same page you posted, Its not you, it's us- I cannot access my sold items and other choices from the drop down menu or the menu along the left- I'm using a kindle notebook- Not the app, the app doesn't work at all- I can access purchases and watch list items but very little of the rest of my account- I just keep receiving the same page when ever I attempt-

Anyone else?
