Items not showing in app eBay shop

We have listed over 72 items as an eBay business - only 6 items are showing in our store and not available through the app. On web version, everything works fine?

I have uninstalled the app, cleared cache and still doesn't work for multiple people?

I'm in the same boat with over 2000 listings. Except none of mine are showing up in the app or on the web version.
