Getting duplicate errors cancelling an order - system technical error

I cancelled an order this morning, 11/1/23.
I selected to relist the item for free, using the button to do so.
Shortly after, the ebay system sent me two emails saying it was cancelled.
Then it sent me two messages the item was relisted.
The item was relisted twice by the system, in error.
I do not know if the system did it on its own, or if I inadvertently somehow was able to press the button twice before the screen changed. I do not believe I tapped the button twice, though.
I manually deleted one listing because I do not have two of this item.
