Items not being listed in storefront, nor when see seller's other items is clicked

I noted others have experienced similar issues:

Our eBay account has been around for a while now and there are ~1500+ active items in it. Those items are accessible via the seller dashboard and can be viewed as individual listings. But when the storefront ( finaldrive_parts )  is viewed only one item is showing up there now, and when (e.g.) seller's other items is clicked on, the resultant page shows 0 other items for sale (see the screen captures accompannying this message). 

This is an urgent issue and needs to be fixed asap; if we need to fix it ourselves please tell us how to do so.

You are a ghost.

I tried everything including setting a local pickup only search, searching all your items within 100 and 200 miles of zip 77355, pretending to be in Alaska, and Canada. Looked at you store, and at searches for all your items. Tried a general search for bobcat within 100 miles, 200miles, 750 miles of that zip and nothing of yours comes up.

This is a new one.

Just for giggles, try removing local pickup from one of the listings and see if anything changes.

That's almost a direct invitation to take to take the sale off ebay......

Store header also has phone #, which may be ok now.......but wasn't not too long ago...

Interestingly, when clicking on the one item that does show in the store, there is a "see other items by seller" below the description and items show up, they are live and do go into a cart.   So doesn't look like the items are pulled, but blocked for some reason.....

I was thinking the same thing, but didn't mention it because I didn't want to open that can of worms, and I'm not aware of eBay ghosting listings for policy violations - they just suspend as far as I know.

Thanks for all the input, folks--it's very much appreciated! We've tried all the suggestions presented here, as well as toggling through the Storefront Update process, and even tried adding a new store category to a few products to see if that would do the trick. No luck at all, and we're still at a loss. Unless someone can think of something else, I guess it'd probably be best to give eBay support a call at this point. Again, much appreciated, either way.

Your store lists direct contact info which is a no no. Your pics probably had issues along the same line. you should call Ebay and talk with them directly to find out what is going on and how to fix your listings description and pictures so this does not happen in the future.

I saw you are fallowing a second ebay store you have. The direct contact info is in the pictures on that store too. This is probably the problem you need to fix it asap.  call Ebay have them look over your listings and store pages to get pointers as to what needs to be changed. Right now any phone number, email, or 3rd party websites is not permitted as you could direct traffic away from ebay to avoid final value fees.

Store view was missing off and on over this past weekend. I'd click the blue door from a listing, half the time eBay would say the store didn't exist.  I'd click see seller store, same thing.
