Technical issues not being fixed by eBay

I don't get why they can say there are no problems with the site right now. It's horrible. 

-dashes are reappearing instead of view #s

-sign-in every 30 seconds every time I switch screens

-SLOW SLOW SLOW 

-hold times to call eBay are stupid long. I could take a nap, feed the cat, do my laundry, come back to the phone and still be on hold.

 

This is not my browser issue. It's not a cookies issue. It's an EBAY issue. Furthermore, in the middle of typing this fairly short message, eBay's ridiculous system autosaved it and archived it. I had to click on "LOAD" to get back to this message. What the heck is going on? FIX IT.

 

I just was about to try calling again and this is the announcement that was on the discussions page:

"If you're trying to contact us by phone or chat, the wait time may be longer than usual. We're working hard to get to your call and apologize for the delay. "

No issues with the eBay site being slow. The eBay Community forums are at a crawl, Lithium is looking into it, but that has absolutely nothing to do with eBay )other than they contract with Lithium to host the community forums)

Likely a result if the collections/seller fees emails that it looks like eBay may have sent out (starting to wonder if the eBay billing system hiccuped , and then an automated email dunning system kicked in.) Doesn't inspire confidence in eBay's take over of the payment system in the future.
