ok, lol, I think that means picture too big or too small.....
have you tried skipping the first picture........unloading the rest, and then trying the first one alone? you can always rearrange it.....

Not working. I made my photos smaller as they were way too large but still receiveing message. So deleted the first as you said and all but one, still message. Read where ebay says the size should be between 500 and 1600 in width, 1600 width perfect. Mine are around 1165 width.

For eachof you, the '<' may be a fragment of a html tag. Some editting process has goofed up and left that.
The Gallery URL is not something we can edit or do much about.

I complained to ebay and the next thing I know everything is working right. Haven't had a problem since.

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.Gallery URL has '<' or '>'. HOW TO FIX!
First time I have had this issue was today. It looks to be an internal error in ebay with how their system assigns urls for your pictures.
After spending WAAAAAY too much time trying to get my ad to post I just copied the description and pasted it to a fresh MS Word doc. I then saved what I had as a template (in case I needed other info).
I then just started a NEW template and pasted the description into it's field. Put all the other info needed into all the fields (some stayed).
Pressed submit and no more error message.
Trust me it sounds like a lot of work but it took me 5 minutes after spending 45 minutes trying to make the old one work.
I then deleted the old template/complete listing so I wouldn't ever use it again.
I hope this helps you ALL with this issue.

For me, the error message also had nothing to do with the pictures. It was the item description I've used 1000 times. I did as the last poster suggested: I copied/pasted my ebay item description and overwrote what I was using in my MS Word Document. I resaved as a Rich Text Format file. Copied and pasted that item description back in. No more error message. Thank you, tdiamondjoe!

YOUR WORK AROUIND WORKS PERFECTLY.
I THINK THE CAUSE OF THE ERROR FOR ME WAS WHEN I TRIED TO "CREATE A SIMILAR LISTING" THAT WAS AN EBAY MOTORS CATEGORY LISTING AND I CHANGED THE NEW LISTING CATEGORY TO A REGULAR EBAY ONE, FOR WHATEVER REASON - MAKES NO SENSE.
I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT FOR ME ANYWAY EBAY NEVER MAKES THAT TRANSITION WELL(I KNEW BETTER, BUT IT WAS JUST AN OVERSIGHT ON MY PART). I ALWAYS TRY TO WORK WITHIN THE LIMITATIONS & SHORT COMINGS OF THE EBAY PRODUCT.

For me it was the text I copied from a Craigslist post on the same item. I redid the post with the same pictures and wrote new text for the description and it went right through. Funny thing about Craigslist. I sell as many speakers there and never have listing problems and make more money. Seriously rethinking what I am going to list and where.
