I'm not sure why but ebay is showing me this screen when I try to go to ebay.com. When I switch over to a different google chrome user, ebay is working just fine.
Could my account have been banned? I convinced my boss at work to start selling on ebay, and I run my ebay store using my personal laptop and I bring my laptop to work.
I've noticed that if I use my personal google chrome account to work on my ebay page and then use my works google chrome account at the same time to manage my works ebay page, ebay will lock my account and show this:
I then have to exit out of all ebay tabs and wait awhile before it'll allow me access again. Is it possible that ebay banned me because it thinks it's weird behavior?

If you were banned, you would not be able to access any account.
It is odd behavior, and it could cause issues because of using the same IP address.
I would not use my personal account at work or work account at home, but that just me.

If you are in this community forum you are eBay.
The screen shot shows the URL http://www.ebay.com/ is incorrect.
This > https://www.ebay.com is correct.
Clear your browser history and cookies if you continue to have the issue.

I'm a top rated seller with 100% feedback, 1300 items listed and 1.8k sales. It sucks that ebay is so strict with blocking me from using both accounts. I sell pokemon cards and the company I work for sells medical imaging parts, 2 completely different types of stores. One of the reasons I convinced my boss to start selling on ebay is so that I could manage my store while I was at work (he's fine with this). I've been tasked with getting the store up and going and this has completely thrown a wrench into my plans. I don't see why ebay keeps blocking me when they say that you can have more than 1 store in their policy, as long as you're not selling the same items. My boss's store is in his own name, so I didn't think it would be a problem at all.

I would only use my home computer or my own iPhone.
I would not use any company computer or a company iPhone.

Not sure what issues you have now, but know that since you have "your" account linked to the IP address................. any future actions taken against anyone else that has used, or will use that IP address will be linked to your account.
If eBay has issues with any of those accounts ..................... it will link to your account as well.
One goes down, all can go down.

Some users -- but by no means all -- seem to be having the same "Where's all the stuff" problem when listing, but the site does not actually go down despite the message you are seeing or problems you are having after seeing those errors.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling it before beginning to list. That has worked for some users, apparently.
More suggestions of possible things to try here:
"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay, on the other hand, usually indicate some sort of network error.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.
If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.
Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.
See here for further suggestions of things to try for "Access Denied" errors:
