Fourteen hours ago, I asked an eBay seller a question about an item being sold. Although I received an email with my question as I requested and I took a screenshot with the date and time, my message does not show up in my messages (yes, I checked my sent messages). Is this a technical issue with the website? How do I know whether or not the seller received the message? This is making shopping on eBay difficult.
