Is anyone else having problems with their Messages page? Unable to open any messages.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems with their Message page.  The entire set up of the page is strange and I am unable to open individual messages. The only way I can read a question sent to me by a member is to start on my private email account and click on the Respond button.  Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Sarah

Yes, I have been having issues with not being able to reply to  questions on the mesaging program.  While searching the ebay site sometimes I can get auction pages with pictures, most of the time this is the way it is, sometimes I can get the pictures but nothing shows on the page, can get the page but no text. Most of the time there is nothing showing on my computer.  my ebay program has issues as well. I do not know where the problem lyes, but have called my cable co and they say all looks good from their end. 

Getting very frustrated with this. I use Ebay daily. Please help me.

I can only view archive/or my folder messages from the app. I get the notifications & then I cannot open my inbox. Any suggestions?

No it doesn't, just differnet issues.  In chrome messages for me coming in a day late, and then only after hitting messages 3 times.  My guess is there going to change the message system, there changing a bunch of stuff  AGAIN, and we all know, its never ending problems and lost sales when they do.

BECAUSE OTHERS ARE SAYING, USE GOOGLE CHROME AND IT WILL WORK JUST FINE.

There having serious site issues on everyone in there beta tests, there getting ready to CHANGE ebay, a lot of things, so far the sign in, "problems" the payment system "more problems"  everything that is going wrong is because of beta testing.  SO say bye bye to Christmas sales to anyone in these beta's, then use us a guinea pigs to work out the kinks.  Then when they start rolling it out, "even more problems"  it's always a huge mess.  

Don't you love it when they always claim we want these changes, lol.

Also, customer service reps, if you want to call them that, LIE.  Of course there system is always going to work, they have NEVER been able to duplicate a problem because there computer isn't going to, it's a way to lie and blame you for there horrific service.   They read from a script and have not a clue as to what is going on here.  They do NOTHING about EVERYTHING.  You have to remember, these are 3 world country people working here.  Just how educated do you think they are!  They live in mud houses!

I also started having issues with messages. I had pop up blocker set on high. I changed it to medium and I can now access messages. I am using internet explorer 11. Go to Tools>Internet options> privacy>pop up blocker setting.  Change pop up setting to medium or low. Hope this helps

Ebay is going through issues once again.  

I can't send messge out either.  

I cannot send refunds nor can I cancel orders.  Very frustrating when ebay tells me to go to Paypal becuase they can't process the refund, but yet I am still stuck with the case open against me here.  Then I go to Paypal and they do not allow the refund since there is an open ebay case for the money.

Same here. I can't send or receive messages or issue a refund for a returned item. The wonderful world of eBay glitches!

Am frustrated by message process. Have sent my third message over past week tring to get information about an item, Ebay acknowledges that my message is sent. I get a copy to my personal Email but I never get an answer and the sent messages do not show on my message page. Something is screwed-up on the messaging. I do not believe the seller is getting my messages. . . . . EBAY . . . HELP!

Yes I have been unable to respond to messages today, I tried at 9am and thought it was my Ipad , but its the same on my computer as well, must be something wrong if other peopll are experiencing problems, why have they not  fixed it , or at least put a message out.

For those in UK.............there seems to be a problem with BT Broadband...........you might find out more by posting on the UK board......this is US........and the problems can be different in each country.
