Is anyone else having problems with their Messages page? Unable to open any messages.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems with their Message page.  The entire set up of the page is strange and I am unable to open individual messages. The only way I can read a question sent to me by a member is to start on my private email account and click on the Respond button.  Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Sarah

I'm having a ton of issues to here in Virginia, search isn't working, have tons of trouble just signing in or out, and half the time when moving between pages here on ebay I end up with a error page form my ISP saying the page doesn't exist.

All these issues happen when ever there is a GH69rc2 in the ebay logo image, but everything is fine when I don't see that on the ebay logo. It seems as if ebay screwed some stuff up or has been hacked.

I hope you get this response.  I have had nearly 100 ebayers from all over the country respond to my plea and have learned that they are having problems too.  I have learned from them that the solutions eBay offers do not work for very long.  I have lost money as others have too.  My advice, call ebay - do not contact them in writing/email - as often as possible.  Good Luck to us all and Pray to the Saints for Help!  Sarah

Hello Estatesalechic, 521521 and all others having problems with eBay Messages,
We asked Jeff of (eBay's Jeff & Griff's Weekly Chat with the eBay Community) about eBay's Message problem Wednesday, June 24, 2015 and received the following update. eBay is now at least informed of the matter and the issue was flagged to a team to investigate. Jeff claimed he also received an "error" when checking his messages.

Good luck to everybody and have a nice weekend! (Update: As of this morning; Sat. 6/27/15 we did receive an "internal message" through eBay's message system, so maybe the problem is getting fixed? We sure hope so for everybody. Best wishes, ~karlinfarm~

Go and use the: "GOOGLECROME" and work there. It is open the eBay mails.

It is NOT eNay problem??? Go and work on the "GOOGLECROME" and you can open eBay massege centers (this is the only way you can read all eBay masseges).

First, learn how to spell correctly!

Second, I wouldn't use Google Chrome if you paid me.

Third, have a nice life. The only emails we are receiving from eBay are about our Most Viewed Collection list.

Herb Denenberg (R.I.P.) sure would get a kick out of you!

Finally; I would suggest you type a little larger also, there may be some unfortunate folk's out there who can't afford a pair of reading glasses and won't understand what your saying?

I just fixed my issue , the same as the ones you and every one else has been having . I switched my browser from internet explorer to google chrome for ebay . It fixed it right away .  Give it a try or try any other browser you prefer . Just make sure that when you are going to ebay , use the new browser . Hope it helps you , if it does , pass it on .

Hi, I have not been able to read my messages on Ebay since June 18th. I have tried moving the messages, saving them, tried to archive and nothing works. I have questions are not able to be answered, I can't read any emails from Ebay and the worst part is; I am unable to contact, email or call them on the phone to tell them there is a problem that somebody needs to address!. Someone has to get in touch with Ebay!!
