Is Auctiva down? NO PHOTOS, can't File Support Case or access the Community

Is Auctiva down? All my active listings are missing photos on both the Ebay & Auctiva side. When I try to File a Support case I get a blank page, when I try to go to Community it blocks me and shows my Profile page, saying it's incomplete, but it's all optional so who cares? There is no phone support and they usually take a full day to reply. God their customer service sucks. 😞

I just looked at your listing for your Baseball bank all pictures are showing in the description area, same for your elephant scarf

I was able to log into Auctiva & upload pictures & manage pictures just now
So here is what Community said, maybe  I am 1 of the not affected or check now & see if you are ok now

No way to delete but no worries there are tons of posts that get answered it will 
drop to page 2 pretty fast .
Glad it is working for you, yes it can send you into panic mode thinking you will have extra work to do. Well me it would , I hate extra work

Still no images.  What happened to "it will just be a few minutes" ?   It is now approx. 10:00 pm EST

????support.auctiva.com didn’t accept your login certificate, or one may not have been provided.  ????????

I'm OK now and they replied to my support case and confirmed they were down for awhile. I'm on the West Coast tho.  I just wrote to them for you with your username and told them you are still down on the East Coast.
