Paul, screenshots are easy. On your keyboard just press the window logo on bottom row and the "PrtSc SysRq" button on top row. It will take a snapshot of your screen.

TY Orangehound, this is the first time I've had a problem with glass breaking reimbursement. I've never had them play hardball like this. So frustrating.

Again, I'm trying to find out if anyone else has had a claim process last more than 2 months before getting refunded? If this is the new norm? I packed VERY well with stryofoam peanuts and bubble wrap. Thanks again.

Paul, how were you able to close the first claim? I just went on-line and there is no "delete, cancel, close" option. Did you do it on-line or call them? TY for your help!
