I'm the buyer, and my seller sold me an incorrect item so I processed a refund. I was given a shipping label and told to put in the shipping number once shipped. So I shipped the item and entered the shipping number into ebay. Ebay would not accept the number. After a day, I eventually deleted the last two digits of the tracking number and it miraculously accepted the number, and it was accurate! However, The item has arrived now and Ebays not updating the delivery nor a refund. If they accepted the correct full tracking number this wouldn't be an issue. It's odd and I'm confused, any experience or advice?
