Hello,
I have a personal account and a business eBay account. I cannot get a link to show up on my business eBay account.
Under manage my store, listing frame, I have the box checked to add a link to to subscribe to my store newsletter and applied the changes.
There are places to add links, but those are to specific categories.
I log out of my businesses account, log into my personal account and I do not see a link to my store newsletter in my store.
This is what I see, step by step. Any suggestions, ideas, guesses,etc would be appreciated.

The link is there on the account you're posting with. It appears within the listing frame, not on the store home front. Check any of your listings and you should see it.
