Last night (Tuesday 11/25) I was able to list items without issue. The next morning, less than eight hours later, my listings error out with a problem regarding Immediate Payment. A quick check of the listing shows that the option is no longer available. I also went back into existing listings and do not see it as an option. None of my templates show this as an option and they all worked yesterday. There may be a common thread. Late last night I received an email through eBay. It was an offer on an item I had listed. As the item was set up not to accept offers, this was odd. The offer was ridiculously low and I ended up declining. To be clear, this was not an eBay offer that would have asked me to accept or decline, but it appeared to be a personal offer. I did not perform any more listings that evening and it wasn't until this morning I discovered that I couldn't list. I am now wondering if the individual who emailed me might somehow be altering my settings and causing these issues because I dared to decline their offer. Is this the trend that others are seeing? I thought I saw similar comments but am unsure. I do know there is an ticket open on this issue called Alert 16317. Looking for a fix as I can't even list an auction without getting this error.

Did a few listings last nite & so far one listing today. All buy it now. Everything went a-ok. Desk-Top.

I'm having the same issue. Immediate Payment Required is no longer an option when I list my items.

UPDATE: I found a work around. If you use the bulk edit option, it does give you the ability to add/remove Immediate Payment Required to the listings.
