I keep getting a pop up that my counteroffer was accepted

I've already shipped out an order I had gotten, but since the buyer bought it, it was saying on my main screen "paid shipped now" even though I had shipped. This lasted a few days and finally today that went away, along with the constant red 1 notification on the bell on mobile from it. On my PC now, the red 1 it's there on the bell along with the constant popping up and disappearing that they accepted my counteroffer. It's driving me crazy whenever I'm on eBay on my computer now. It doesn't matter what I do to get rid of it, nothing helps.

Day 10 since this ridiculous problem started and still no fix! Apparently eBay doesn't care or it would've been fixed by now!

I hate to say this, but I'm glad I'm not the only person having this problem. It's been going on for about 10 days. Pop-up seems to happen every 10-15 seconds.

i knew it wasn't my computer but I was restoring computer to fresh anyway. I log back in and this pops up immediately still.

Don't use any of your time trying to fix this. Send a bug glitch to eBay.

I have no solution, but I have the exact same issue for an accepted offer from several days ago.  Came here to see if other people had it too, which I am relieved to see.  Now I know it's not a "Me" Problem.  While certainly not a major issue, it is annoying as **** while you're trying to work on PC having that thing pop onto your screen every couple of seconds.

I tried deleting the notification from the Ebay App as well, but it just gives me a "Something went wrong" Error and remains.

Thank you ebay.  As of this Friday morning - 09/20/2024 - the popup issue is resolved on my desktop.
