Old email address.

Ebay has an old email address on file that I no longer use but I can't replace it with my new one. I still get messages although they may be delayed a little.

Why are you unable to change your email address @brl_us_fbezh5m60n ? Is it an error message on eBay? A lack of access to your old email? Something else? Hard to help unless you tell us what's going on.

When I try to change my old email to the new one, it says the new one is already taken and to try another email

That means your new email is already tied to an eBay account.

Sign out of this account.

On the login screen select "forgot password" and enter your new email.

That will allow you to reset the password and discover which eBay ID is tied to your new email.
