I keep getting a pop up that my counteroffer was accepted

I've already shipped out an order I had gotten, but since the buyer bought it, it was saying on my main screen "paid shipped now" even though I had shipped. This lasted a few days and finally today that went away, along with the constant red 1 notification on the bell on mobile from it. On my PC now, the red 1 it's there on the bell along with the constant popping up and disappearing that they accepted my counteroffer. It's driving me crazy whenever I'm on eBay on my computer now. It doesn't matter what I do to get rid of it, nothing helps.

It's a glitch which Ebay needs to fix. A bunch of complaints already about this same issue. More than likely everyone is dealing with it who had a counter offer declined.

You may be able to use an ad blocker's element hiding tool to temporarily block all notification popups on eBay, if you are using a desktop browser.

Most desktop ad blockers have a point and click interface to allow users to block certain page elements from displaying. With a little trial and error you may be able to block those notifications completely in one browser, then disable that ad blocking rule once eBay fixes things.

I have not been able to make it stop, tried a few things but nothing works. Did see after I made this forum that it's a common problem and eBay's aware. Clearly not a priority though. Sad thing is if one of the people that fix these glitches had to deal with it constantly too, it'd be fixed by now. I think it's been 6 days for me now? Likely been a glitch for at least a week.

I'm not particularly technical with things like that, I'd need steps to follow or I'll likely mess something up 😅
But if that would be possible to do, I think it'd help so many of us!

What steps to follow would depend on your particular ad blocking program.

Unfortunately I do not experience any of those pop-ups, so I cannot walk you through how to block them specifically, but it would involve waiting for the pop-up to occur and then using the element hiding tool of your ad blocker, hovering your cursor over the pop-up to highlight it, and then selecting it to eliminate it from appearing in your browser.

Same issue with me. I had one pop-up that started about a week ago and then a couple of days ago I got a second pop-up that shows up directly beneath the first one. Hope they get this fixed soon, very frustrating.
