I didn’t review or accept an offer and somehow it went through?! Could it be a bug?

I was made an offer for an item that I was holding out for the highest bidder and I didn’t look at the offer. All of the sudden I check eBay and it says “buyer has paid” I didn’t even accept the offer…could this have been a bug? Could it have happened in my pocket through the mobile app? I’m mad because it was less than half of what I wanted for the auction

Check to make sure the item actually sold. 

could be a spam email.

I see you have "Best Offer" on some of your listings.

Did you perhaps set up Auto Accept or set a minimum you would accept? I'm guessing you did. 
You sold 2 items yesterday with Best Offer. Are you referring to one or both of those?

No it went through and the buyer had already paid

Im gonna check if i have best offer enabled, but i don't think I do because I've had a bunch of offers before and I only accept them if the offer is close to what the item usually sells for
