Email subject line is incorrect on a buyer counteroffer

I am attempting to buy something via Best Offer and I made an initial offer, which was countered by the seller, and then I sent a second offer - a counter to their counter offer.

The email I received to confirm this shows "Counter offer submitted by seller" but that is not correct.

Not new. Have noticed it periodically for at least 2 years now, but apparently nobody complained loudly enough yet, I know I never brought it up because I figured if they tried to fix it, would only get worse.
